January Deadlines
We hope everyone is settled into the New Year. We want to remind you of important filing deadlines for this month.
W-2s and 1099s are due to the recipient by January 31, 2013. The IRS is becoming more strict on 1099 filings so please contact us if you have any questions on who must receive them.
Payroll tax returns (Form 941 and 940) and state unemployment tax returns are due by January 31, 2013. Form 940 is an annual filing so please don't forget to file it.
