Ken Kraft is the Managing Member and founder of Kraft & Company, PLLC, established in 1975. With a degree from Middle Tennessee State University, Ken has built a distinguished career in business consulting, income tax planning, and estate planning. His expertise and dedication have been pivotal in shaping the firm’s reputation for professionalism and personal attention.
Ken is deeply committed to providing exceptional service to his clients, taking a genuine interest in their success and well-being. He values the strong relationships he has cultivated over the years, often considering many of his clients as friends. Ken believes that the firm’s greatest strengths lie in its professionalism, personal attention, and true interest in each and every client.
Rachel Johnson, CPA, is an experienced Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of experience in public accounting, working across a diverse range of industries. She graduated from Belmont University and has been a dedicated member of Kraft & Company, PLLC since 2005, following her tenure at Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young.
Rachel has established herself as a specialist in tax planning, tax preparation, and providing top-notch consulting services to both individuals and businesses. Rachel is renowned for her ability to deliver excellent service and maintain long-term relationships with her clients, viewing herself and her firm as true partners and resources for their tax, business advisory, and consulting needs.
Joy Bray is a seasoned expert in federal and state taxation, real estate, estate and gift tax, and IRS audits and negotiations. Since joining Kraft & Company, PLLC in 2000, Joy has been a cornerstone of the firm, leveraging her extensive knowledge to provide exceptional service to her clients. She graduated from Belmont University and has dedicated over two decades to helping clients navigate complex tax landscapes.
Joy’s areas of expertise make her an invaluable resource for clients seeking comprehensive tax and consulting services. She is known for building strong relationships with clients and retaining staff, which she considers one of the firm’s greatest strengths. Joy enjoys the camaraderie within the Kraft & Company community, valuing the connections she has with both clients and co-workers.
Elizabeth Bleecker, CPA, MBA is a dedicated accounting professional with a strong focus on entrepreneurship, small business consulting, and the entertainment, restaurant, and hospitality industries. She graduated from the University of Colorado and earned her Master of Business Administration from Belmont University. Since joining Kraft & Company, PLLC in 2008, Elizabeth has been instrumental in providing proactive and responsive services to her clients.

Chelsea Barnhill is a CPA with over 8 years of experience working in tax. Chelsea earned her undergraduate and graduate degree from Tennessee Technological University. She successfully sat for the CPA exam and became a licensed CPA in December 2019.
Before joining Kraft & Company, Chelsea worked in the tax department at HCA in various positions for over 6 years. Chelsea’s top skills include corporate tax, partnership taxation, individual taxation, and state and local income tax.
Nick is a dedicated accounting professional at Kraft & Company, specializing in business advisory, tax planning, and tax preparation services. With over 4 years of public accounting experience, he helps clients navigate complex financial landscapes. Before joining Kraft & Company in 2024, Nick was a supervisor at a respected public accounting firm, focusing on business advisory services. He is known for his interpersonal skills, critical thinking, attention to detail, and work ethic, delivering tailored solutions that drive results for clients.
Nick earned his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of North Alabama, where he was actively involved in various roles, including working for the football team and serving as vice president of Beta Alpha Psi. He holds a certified fraud examiner (CFE) credential and is a certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor. Committed to continuous learning, Nick stays updated with the latest developments in accounting. Outside of work, he enjoys fitness, nutrition, traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.

Sidney is a CPA with over 3 years of experience, specializing in taxation and accounting services for businesses and individuals. She earned her undergraduate degree from Tennessee State University and graduate degree from Lipscomb University, both in accounting.
Throughout her career, Sidney has gained experience serving clients across a variety of industries, assisting with tax reporting and planning. Sidney is recognized for her attention to detail, strong technical skills, and commitment to producing accurate and reliable results
Shai is a recent graduate from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in accounting. He has a keen interest in tax law, particularly in the areas of individual and business entity taxation. Shai is passionate about leveraging his strong technical skills and accounting knowledge to devise innovative and practical solutions for clients and is currently in the process of studying to become a CPA.
Previously, Shai interned at Mann, Gelon, Glodney, Gumerove, Yee, LLP, an accounting firm offering diverse financial consulting and tax services. During his internship, he honed his understanding of tax law applications and gained valuable insights into the latest tax and business management practices.
Cody Plisky, MBA, is a dedicated professional who joined Kraft & Company as an Accounting Associate in June 2026. He is a graduate of Grace College where he completed a dual degree program to earn his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance alongside his Master of Business Administration.
Prior to joining the firm, he gained hands on experience in auditing, financial modeling, and tax strategy through multiple industry internships. Cody has passed his Securities Industry Essentials Exam and is currently pursuing his CPA license.
Cody is committed to building strong relationships and using his strategic training to help clients succeed. Outside of the office he is an avid sports fan who enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time outdoors.

Zack Tadesse is a graduate of Belmont University with a strong interest in tax and accounting. He is focused on building a solid technical foundation and enjoys working through complex financial matters with attention to detail. Zack continues to develop his knowledge of tax principles and is committed to growing as an accounting professional. He is currently pursuing his CPA designation as part of his ongoing career development.
Zack built his experience through internships in tax, including his time at HCA, where he worked with both the compliance team and the SALT (State and Local Tax) team supporting tax research and compliance processes. He also interned with UHY, where he further developed his experience in tax services.
Haley is an Accounting Associate at Kraft & Company and a graduate of Belmont University, where she earned both a B.B.A. in Accounting and an MBA. She has a strong interest in tax and enjoys solving complex financial challenges while continually expanding her technical expertise. Currently pursuing her CPA designation, Haley is focused on building a strong foundation in the accounting profession and growing into a trusted advisor and business leader.
Outside of work, Haley enjoys horseback riding, music, and traveling with her family. As a Tennessee native, she is excited to apply her education while continuing to develop her knowledge and experience in the accounting field.
With over 15 years of dedicated service at Kraft & Company, Sandy has established a reputation as a reliable and meticulous professional. Starting as an Office Manager and advancing to the role of Tax Administrative Assistant, Sandy has consistently demonstrated a commitment to accuracy and excellence. Known as the go-to person for colleagues and clients alike, Sandy takes pride in delivering precise and timely results, ensuring the highest standards of service and support.
