Ken Kraft is the Managing Member and founder of Kraft & Company, PLLC, established in 1975. With a degree from Middle Tennessee State University, Ken has built a distinguished career in business consulting, income tax planning, and estate planning. His expertise and dedication have been pivotal in shaping the firm’s reputation for professionalism and personal attention.
Ken is deeply committed to providing exceptional service to his clients, taking a genuine interest in their success and well-being. Joy Bray is a seasoned expert in federal and state taxation, real estate, estate and gift tax, and IRS audits and negotiations. Since joining Kraft & Company, PLLC in 2000, Joy has been a cornerstone of the firm, leveraging her extensive knowledge to provide exceptional service to her clients. She graduated from Belmont University and has dedicated over two decades to helping clients navigate complex tax landscapes.

Rachel Johnson, CPA, is an experienced Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of experience in public accounting, working across a diverse range of industries. She graduated from Belmont University and has been a dedicated member of Kraft & Company, PLLC since 2005, following her tenure at Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young.
Rachel has established herself as a specialist in tax planning, tax preparation, and providing top-notch consulting services to both individuals and businesses. Rachel is renowned for her ability to deliver excellent service and maintain long-term relationships with her clients, viewing herself and her firm as true partners and resources for their tax, business advisory, and consulting needs.
Elizabeth Bleecker, CPA, MBA is a dedicated accounting professional with a strong focus on entrepreneurship, small business consulting, and the entertainment, restaurant, and hospitality industries. She graduated from the University of Colorado and earned her Master of Business Administration from Belmont University. Since joining Kraft & Company, PLLC in 2008, Elizabeth has been instrumental in providing proactive and responsive services to her clients.

Ethan Ohler is a dedicated Certified Public Accountant (CPA) at Kraft and Company PLLC, with a robust background as a tax supervisor and industry-specific expertise. Prior to his current role, Ethan served as a Tax Supervisor at a national level public accounting firm, where he specialized in the Theatre & Entertainment and Construction industries.
Ethan earned his undergraduate degree from The Master’s University in Santa Clarita, CA. He successfully sat for the CPA exam in 2021 and holds CPA licenses in both California and Tennessee.
With a passion for working directly with entrepreneurs and small business owners, Ethan excels in navigating the complexities of robust and growing tax system. He is committed to providing personalized, world-class services that help his clients achieve their financial goals.
Chelsea Barnhill is a Certified Public Accountant at Kraft & Company, PLLC, where she has been contributing her expertise since July 2023. Based in the Nashville Metropolitan Area, Chelsea specializes in managing fixed assets and personal income tax returns, among other responsibilities.
Before joining Kraft & Company, Chelsea served as a Tax Manager at LBMC in Brentwood, Tennessee, from September 2022 to June 2023. In this role, she focused on multi-state tax returns and further honed her skills in fixed assets management.
Chelsea’s top skills include corporate tax, federal and state income tax compliance, partnership taxation, and individual taxation.
Caleb is a CPA with nearly 10 years of progressive tax experience, bringing a wealth of expertise in tax planning, compliance, and strategy. His career is marked by a proven ability to navigate complex tax regulations and deliver solutions for all types of entities and individuals. He excels in leveraging a diverse range of software tools and is particularly adept at managing large data sets and performing in-depth research. He is dedicated to contributing to the success of our clients and organization.
Jacob is an established tax professional and advisor who has been serving middle-Tennessee since 2020. He currently holds accounting degrees from Auburn University and the University of Alabama in Huntsville and leverages his academic background in combination with his experience to deliver trusted work product and counsel to his clients.
Jacob’s practice primarily centers around high net worth individuals and family groups, real estate and investment partnerships, local and regional entrepreneurs, and music industry professionals. Additionally, Jacob is knowledgeable in the topics of fiduciary tax compliance, estate planning, and financial planning.
Roxanne Orr is a CPA who brings a diverse skill set and experience across multiple industries. After graduating from Belmont University, she began her career at Ernst & Young, working in Indirect Tax. From there she transitioned into tax roles in various industries including music business management, private equity, hospitality, and healthcare. With her diverse background and approachable style, Roxanne is well-equipped to offer insight and innovative solutions that fit each client’s unique needs.
Ariana is an accomplished finance and accounting professional with a strong academic background. She graduated from Norwalk Community College (NCC) in May 2020 and is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting at Belmont University.
Ariana’s experience includes bookkeeping and tax return preparation at Kraft & Company, PLLC, where she handles financial transactions and compliance. Her academic and practical expertise reflects her commitment to the finance and accounting field.
Sam is a skilled bookkeeper and Accounting Associate at Kraft & Company with extensive accounting experience. His commitment to financial accuracy and meticulous attention to detail provide an essential foundation to helping clients. Sam is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor with a QuickBooks Payroll Management certification and is dedicated to creating streamlined and accurate bookkeeping processes.
Additionally, Sam is knowledgeable in a variety of Tennessee state tax requirements and provides payroll tax, individual tax, W-2, and 1099 preparation, among other accounting-specific services. His focus on precise financial record-keeping not only ensures reliability but also helps clients save money on tax preparation by minimizing errors and optimizing their financial documentation. Sam is currently attending Belmont University where he is pursuing his accounting degree in his pursuit to becoming a CPA (Certified Public Accountant).
Shai is a recent graduate from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in accounting. He has a keen interest in tax law, particularly in the areas of individual and business entity taxation. Shai is passionate about leveraging his strong technical skills and accounting knowledge to devise innovative and practical solutions for clients and is currently in the process of studying to become a CPA.
Previously, Shai interned at Mann, Gelon, Glodney, Gumerove, Yee, LLP, an accounting firm offering diverse financial consulting and tax services. During his internship, he honed his understanding of tax law applications and gained valuable insights into the latest tax and business management practices.
With over 15 years of dedicated service at Kraft & Company, Sandy has established a reputation as a reliable and meticulous professional. Starting as an Office Manager and advancing to the role of Tax Administrative Assistant, Sandy has consistently demonstrated a commitment to accuracy and excellence. Known as the go-to person for colleagues and clients alike, Sandy takes pride in delivering precise and timely results, ensuring the highest standards of service and support.
