50 Years of Kraft & Company

Dear Valued Client,

This year marks 50 years since I founded Kraft and Company, and I am grateful for the privilege of leading this firm and serving our clients throughout those years. As we celebrate that milestone, I also want to personally share an important announcement about the next chapter of Kraft and Company.

​

Rachel Kraft Johnson now serves as managing member, and I, along with Elizabeth Kraft Bleecker and Joy Bray, now serve as members. This formalizes a leadership structure that has been developed intentionally over many years. Rachel, Elizabeth and Joy have long played significant roles in leading our firm, serving our clients and carrying forward the values on which Kraft and Company was built.

With a combined 65 years of working at Kraft, they understand both our clients and our culture. They share my belief that good advice comes from knowing our clients well, being available throughout the year and building relationships that extend far beyond the preparation of a tax return.

For me, this is not a goodbye. I remain actively involved as founder and will continue working with legacy clients. I am fortunate to continue doing what I have always valued most: working directly with clients.

 

Our leadership may evolve, but what clients should expect from Kraft and Company will not: personal attention, thoughtful counsel, independence and a long-term commitment to the people and businesses we serve.

Thank you for your continued confidence in Kraft and Company. It has been the great honor of my career to create and build this firm. I am proud of what we have established together and even more confident about what lies ahead.
